Blush Novelties Neo Elite Dual Density 7.5 inch Dildo (without balls) Review

Updated: Sep 29

About The Line

The Blush Novelties Neo Elite dildo line is, in a similar way to the Blush Avant Pride line, unique among its peers: it is the best line of affordable, realistic, body safe dildos on the market right now. Period. The Neo Elite utilizes a silicone technique called dual density where the toy is made of two layers of silicone: a firm inner core that keep the toy stable and a soft outer layer that adds a softer, skin-like feel. Prior to the Neo Elite line, well-made dual density silicone dildos were expensive with an entering price of around $80, king up steeply from there. In stark contrast, the entire Neo Elite line falls below $40, making it a more attainable price point for folx on budgets or just those who feel like $80 is sort of a lot for a dildo. The Neo Elite line is a great introduce to realistic dildos that I'd recommend to anyone (with the exception of those who do not want a realistic toy in which case I'd recommend the Blush Avant Pride line).

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch without balls

The dildo I have from the line is the 7.5 inch dildo without balls in a beautiful neon blue: the slimmest and longest (in terms of insertable length) in the line. The dildo is very tapered with a small, non threatening head (a bit over 1 inch in diameter) widening out to a thicker shaft towards to base of the toy (1.5 inches max diameter). It is, as the name would suggest, 7.5 inches long and due to the lack of balls that other dildos in the line have, you can use all of that length if you chose to do so. The outer layer of silicone on this dildo is seriously soft and has some real squish to it, making the head feel similar to a gummy candy (see video below for demonstration).

This toy has a suction cup like all the dildos in the Neo Elite line and in my experience, the suction is STRONG. I was able to fix the dildo onto a wall in my home and pull on it with all my body weight and it stayed on the wall: this did mean that I really had to pull at an angle to get it off the wall (if you have longer nails, you can also just pop your nail under the suction cup to break the seal but alas, I have very short nails). This suction cup also serves as an anal-safe flared base if that's how you'd prefer to use this toy.

I'm not exactly sure what inspired me to buy this specific dildo other than rave reviews: I tend to prefer shorter toys with more girth to them and generally go for a less representational look as I don't have a lot of personal interest in penises. That being said, this toy objectively a great version of what it is. It isn't my own vag's favorite insertable toy (currently the Icicles No. 2 Glass Wand) but it can be great for butt play given the tapered form is also really great for harness play (if a touch floppy) if that's your jam. Honestly, I think my masturbation needs would be better served by a thicker toy in the Avant Pride line, but alas, I am a college student on a budget and it's going to be a minute before I can get new treats for myself.

Bottom Line

If you're looking for a long and tapered, realistic dildo, the Blush Neo Elite 7.5 inch Dildo is an excellent option. You can purchase the Blush Neo Elite 7.5 inch here and if you desire something similar in a different size or shape, click here for the rest of the Neo Elite line. Aside from personal preference, it's truly hard to go wrong with this line of toys: they're the best, body-safe realistic available at an affordable price point. For a toy line of equal quality and similar price that's less realistic, click here. Whatever your choice in toys, have great day y'all.

I'm A. (she/her/hers), a clueless lesbian and blogger. I started this blog because I grew up in a small town where sex--especially queer sex--wasn't talked about. I was a determined youngster and managed to scrape the bottom of the internet barrel to find the information I needed (and later, the information I wanted). Now that I've learned a bit about queer pleasure in all of its forms, I wanted to create the resource I wish I'd had; a place where I could read about someone else's experiences and learn about sex from a pleasure-centered perspective. If you have a question about something or want me to cover a certain topic, just shoot me an email! Chances are, I've been there and would love to help or at least offer some moral support, and who knows, maybe others could benefit from a post about it.

Stay safe, be gay, and abolish the police,
